Weekly ranking is based on the difference between the total value for the tracked sample point this week versus the previous week. The ranks are generally not linear, so a small change in the top of the chart reflects a much larger change in the tracked value, whereas a larger change further down in the ranks is more than likely much smaller (in raw data).

The tag rankings are a subset of the Weekly chart.
